1,How to create curls?

Our heat styler curls as easily as it straightens, giving you the ultimate in versatility. To discover the endless possibilities our styler gives you, please view the DVD included within your styler packaging.

2,How do I look after the cord on my styler?

When your styler has cooled, fold the cord in the same way it was in the original packaging. Try to avoid winding it around your hand or the body of the styler, or hanging your styler by its cord. More care points, please check care & safe.

3,How much is shipping?

All Our shipping is FREE!

4,How fast is your dispatch time?

www.ghdhairsalesuk.com are highly strict in our dispatch times , the normal time for the delivery is 5-6 days. We will deal with your order in 2 working days. Then it will be dispatched. Normally the parcel force-our delivery agent will send the product to you and it will need your signature.

5,Are the items in stock ?

All products are in stock and ready to ship within 24 hours. We know how it feels to be interested in a product and upon purchase it's out of stock. That's why we only display goods on our website when its IN STOCK.

All our ghd range comes with 3 months warranty. If any quality problem happened in 3 months since you buy our products, please contact us. After being confirmed by our representative, you can be instructed to return the styler to us.
